For Round Xeta, X-Perts help stress-test challenge briefs and judging criteria, support the live event, and provide feedback to entrants.
Round Xeta is the beta edition of the X-Bot Games, running 17-18 April 2026, capped at 50 entrants.
It exists to test the challenges, judging, submission flow, livestream format, and community experience before the global launch.
Plan for around 5-6 hours total from February to end of April 2026. This typically includes:
* Brief + judging criteria alignment: ~2 hours
* Entrant feedback: ~15 minutes per entrant (max 5 entrants per challenge) = ~75 minutes
* Livestream participation: ~60 minutes on-air across 17-18 April
* Post-event judging alignment: ~60 minutes (scoring template provided)
Round Xeta is the beta: capped entrants, learning-focused, and designed for feedback.
September is the global launch: larger scale, public rankings, and a full competitive format.
